Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is an emotion-focused therapy. Modern brain research shows that emotions play a central role in the development and management of psychological difficulties.
EFT is a scientifically proven psycho-therapeutically procedure. Based on current neuroscientific findings, it offers effective principles and strategies for working directly with emotions. In 2012, the American Psychological Association (APA) recognized EFT as a scientifically sound therapeutic method and an evidence-based method.
EFT is a type of acupuncture that does not use needles. Rather involves tapping certain meridian points lightly and thus stimulating them. We use a shortened form. The EFT technique we impart represents our understanding of technology, not that of Gary Craig, their original developer.
Research shows the positive effects of Mindfulness on our body and mind. Therefore, we have combined the principles of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) with Mindfulness. With that, we can offer to our clients a quick-to-learn, highly effective self-help tool.
